Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (F2 Fun & Function GmbH, email address: info@f2boards.com, phone number: +49 9281 - 84009-50, fax: +49 9281 - 83314-59) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for examining their condition, properties, and functionality.
